We’re hiring our first employees at Ride.Studio.Cafe! We’re looking for serious, smart, career oriented people to join the RSC group.
Why work with Ride.Studio.Cafe?

RSC provides a unique store environment and customer experience. Here are a few examples of what makes RSC different:
- Connectedness: RSC incorporates a café and bike store into one integrated environment. The feel is warm and inviting while also being professional and hyper-focused on service.
- Physical Environment: RSC’s space is an intimate and immaculate 1,400 sq. ft. space located at the center of the local cycling scene: Lexington Center. Inside, we’ve even designed nearly every piece of fixturing from the ground up; from the Café bar to the clothing displays, we’ve imprinted our fanaticism for service on every part of the store.
- Our Customers: We have the most demanding customers. Our customers expect more, and we do all we can to deliver. And we live for this; we love working with clients that want the best—for the purpose of improving their riding experience in every way.
- Service: We are entirely focused on providing the best customer experience and service in the industry.
- Product Partnership: We work with only best-in-class products and services. We’ve carefully selected the brands. Some examples include Seven Cycles, Rapha Clothing, Honey Bikes, and Campagnolo Clothing. We work with businesses that share similar customer-centric philosophies.
- Customization and Personalization: We’ve designed every element of RSC to personalize each customer’s experience. From the food at the café—made to order—to the way in which we provide shoe and cleat fittings, we’re focused on providing service through understanding what each client wants and then tailoring a solution to those needs. You need speed? We have it. You need help? We’re here—or wherever you need us.
- One-on-one interaction: We focus on one customer at a time. Whether that’s making an appointment for a client for a fitting, or picking up a bike at a client’s house, we treat each customer as the only customer.
- The New Standard: We work every day to set the new standard of service and professionalism for the bike and cafe industries. And, we expect that we’re being watched during every step of our work; we set the bar high.
If this sounds like the kind of work environment within which you would thrive, check out our career opportunities below.
The Ride.Studio

The Ride.Studio element of the business is an exceptional high-end bike store. We partner with only best-in-class bike and accessory brands. More important, Ride.Studio provides the most comprehensive service offerings—and preeminent service experience—in the bike industry.
In naming the business, we chose the word “Ride” rather than “Bike” because we focus on making the client’s ride better, not just delivering a great bike. At Ride.Studio we’re completely focused on helping the client have a better ride.
To that end, the Ride.Studio concentrates on three ideas:
- A focus on riding and rider—rather than on the bike as a product.
- A focus on high-end service and approachability—rather than focusing on laser fitting, power meters, and aloofness.
- Inclusiveness and engagement. There’s no way around the likely customer intimidation factor of a high-end studio environment, so this store incorporates a café setting, in part, as a way to engage and invite people into the space.

The Studio.Café

The Studio.Café is a unique bike-centric place. Every element of the café supports and enhances cycling culture and the experience of riding. The café offers food and drink that is particularly allied to cyclists; examples include a pre-ride fuel-up prix fixe menu bookended with special post-ride recovery meals. The Café is also “Ride Central” as a meeting place for cyclists. Locating the Studio in Lexington Center—at the convergence of the bike path, Mass Ave., and Waltham St.—makes RSC the perfect spot for any ride to begin, wrap-up, or take a mid-ride fuel-up break.
