Our focus at the Studio Cafe is to provide you with the best drink experience possible.  This begins with friendly baristas and a relentless focus on continuously improving our drink-making methods.

The Cafe is also “Ride Central” as a meeting place for cyclists. Locating the Studio in Lexington Center—at the convergence of the bike path, Mass Ave., and Waltham St.—makes RSC the perfect spot for any ride to begin, wrap-up, or take a mid-ride fuel-up break.

Coffee & Espresso

The Studio’s approach to coffee and espresso drinks is unusual.  We work with a number of roasters to provide the best drink experience possible.

We are proud to serve George Howell coffee. Bags of Terroir coffee are always for sale on our shelves.

Every 3-4 months, we bring in a new guest coffee for you to try. We enjoy finding these new and wonderful roasters to introduce to the Studio community.

We are currently serving MadCap espresso, they are our current Guest Roaster.

Some of our most recent guest coffee roasters include: Stumptown Coffee, Sightglass Coffee,  Ritual Coffee Roasters and Cafe Grumpy.

Tea & Chai

We work with Mem Tea and we make our Chai Latte in house.  Both are amazing.

Sweet Drinks

We offer a variety of sweet drinks ranging from hot chocolate to some Cafe exclusive drinks.  Come by to try the ever-changing menu.

Menu

The Studio Cafe offers sweet and savory pastries baked by Boston-based Sorelle Cafe.  We proudly sell chocolate from the locally based Rogue Chocolatier.

The Cafe and the Ride Side have differing schedules.  If you’d like to see schedule for both sides of the business together, visit our Studio hours.
